Sparkling Espresso with mint by using Starbucks Espresso Colombia capsule
- 2 capsules of Starbucks Espresso Colombia
- 2 Tbsps Simple Syrup
- 8 Sprigs Fresh Mint
- 1/2 Cup Sparkling Water
- use SBUX Espresso Colombia
How to make Sparkling Espresso With Mint
Brew shot of espresso.
Using with Nescafé Dolce Gusto machine.
Fill a glass with ice.
Add the syrup, mint, & coffee to a cocktail shaker.
Make sure the cocktail shaker is full of ice and then shake to your hearts content. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, you can pour the syrup, mint, & coffee straight into a jug and stir it well.
Fill your glass ¾ of the way up with ice
Strain the cocktail shaker into your glass filled with ice.
This step makes for a great Instagram story.
Top it up with sparkling water and add a sprig of mint.
