Purchase Contract
The website dolce-gusto.co.th (the "Website") is operated by Intrepid eCommerce Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd., registered in Thailand with its registered office at Intrepid eCommerce Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd., 518/5 Maneeya Center Building, 11th Floor, Ploenchit Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330, on behalf of Nestlé (Thai) Ltd.
By registering or placing an order online with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Conditions"), which apply to every item listed on our Website. Please read these Conditions carefully. You should print a copy for future reference. If you do not accept these Conditions, you will not be able to order products from this Website.
By placing an order through the Website, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.
Your order is only an offer to purchase and becomes binding on us when we accept it. We will confirm acceptance (if any) by sending you an email confirming receipt of your order, at which point a contract between us is formed.
Items in your cart with payment pending for more than 6 months will be removed from the system. You will need to place a new order, and prices will reflect the promotional pricing in effect at that time.
We do not accept bulk orders from trade groups or consumer groups.
Title to the goods remains with us until we have received cleared payment from you in full. Risk in the goods passes to you upon successful delivery.
This Website sells a range of products, listed from time to time.
Product prices indicated as available for sale on the Website are sold at the prices shown on the Website.
All product prices are subject to tax unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend product prices at any time without notice or stated reason.
Method of Payment
You can pay for products by credit and debit card — American Express, Visa, Mastercard, JCB and UnionPay — as well as by other channels including Rabbit LINE Pay, TrueMoney Wallet, Alipay, WeChat Pay and bank transfer. We will not process your order until we have received cleared funds from your account. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if a payment is refused by the issuing authority, or if we reasonably believe a payment will be refused at any stage.
Delivery
Goods will be delivered to the address you provided when registering on the Website. The delivery address must be within Thailand only.
You can change the delivery address via "My Account" › "My Addresses" and during the payment confirmation step. It is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery. You will receive an email confirmation when we dispatch your order.
If any item is unavailable, it will not appear on the Website. Delivery times may from time to time be affected by external factors beyond our control.
Once we have received your order, we will use our best endeavours to deliver according to the delivery conditions and timeframes below:
- Website orders for fewer than 2 boxes incur a delivery fee of 50 THB per order. Orders of 2 or more boxes of capsules are delivered free of charge.
- Your order will be processed within 2–5 business days from the order date, subject to stock availability and receipt of cleared payment, except during periods of very high demand or seasonal campaigns.
- Orders placed on weekends or after 18:00 will be processed on the next business day.
- If you do not receive your order within 5 business days after our confirmation email, please notify us in writing or contact Consumer Services, Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 (excl. public holidays).
Defective Goods or Incomplete or Incorrect Orders
You must inspect the goods and notify our Consumer Services team within 7 days of receipt by contacting us Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 (excl. public holidays) or in writing via Live Chat if you are dissatisfied for any reason. If an item is found to be defective through no fault of your own, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
After 7 days, for any defective goods the customer must provide reasonable evidence, and we will consider a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
Order Amendments and Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order at any time from the order date up to 7 days after receipt by calling our Consumer Services team Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 (excl. public holidays) or via Live Chat.
- If you cancel before receiving the goods, we will refund you in full via bank account and/or credit card account within 15 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice, unless otherwise agreed.
- If you cancel after receiving the goods, once you have notified us, you may return the cancelled items to the warehouse of Intrepid eCommerce Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd. at 55/94 Moo 15, Bang Sao Thong Sub-district, Bang Sao Thong District, Samut Prakan 10570 by registered post, marked “Return of NDG items,” together with your membership number, or contact Consumer Services Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 (excl. public holidays) for any questions.
Please ensure returned goods are undamaged and unused. Reasonable evidence of cancellation may be requested on a case-by-case basis. Subject to applicable law, if the goods are damaged or lost through your fault, or you cannot return them, you may be required to compensate us, except for damage arising in the normal course of opening, assembling or mixing the goods for use.
Liability
Save in respect of death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
Product images on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen will reflect product colours accurately, and your items may differ slightly from the images shown.
My Account
Each person must have a unique, valid email address to create an online My Account membership. Limited to one account per person.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your email address and/or password, or any breach of security known to you.
If you have not placed an order via the Website within 5 years of registering your account, your account will be permanently removed from our system, and you will need to create a new one.

Privacy
On registration you will receive a password. Please keep it secret; you are entirely responsible if you fail to keep it confidential. You are responsible for all orders placed with us and all information submitted to us via your email address combined with your password. You agree to keep your account details secure, to log out after placing any order, and not to share your account details with anyone else (unless you want them to place an order on your behalf). You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your email address and/or password, or any breach of security known to you.

Monthly Subscription Package
If you cancel the monthly subscription package, we will charge the cancellation fee specified in your package details, unless you return the coffee machine to us.
We reserve the right to terminate this contract with you if a payment is refused by the relevant authority or if we reasonably believe a payment will be refused at any stage. In such cases, we will charge the cancellation fee and/or require you to return the coffee machine. If you fail to pay the cancellation fee and/or return the machine, we reserve the right to suspend your account, and you will be prevented from creating a new account under the same details (name, address, phone number, etc.). This clause does not affect our legal rights to claim any fees, damages and/or compensation from you (if any).
To return the coffee machine after cancellation of the monthly subscription package, please send it to the warehouse of Intrepid eCommerce Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd. at 55/94 Moo 15, Bang Sao Thong Sub-district, Bang Sao Thong District, Samut Prakan 10570 by registered post, marked “Return of NDG items,” together with your membership number, or contact Consumer Services Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 (excl. public holidays) for any questions.
General
Applicable law requires that certain communications be made in writing. You agree that we may communicate with you by email, by posting notices on the Website, or by post to your mailing address, and you accept (without affecting your statutory rights) that such communications satisfy any legal requirement for communications to be in writing.
Our contract is governed by Thai law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
We may amend these Conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time you place your order, unless any change is required by law or government authority.
We reserve the right to change, modify, add to, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on the Website without further notice, and you are deemed aware of and bound by any such changes upon publication on the Website.
All notices from you must be sent by post to Intrepid eCommerce Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd., 518/5 Maneeya Center Building, 11th Floor, Ploenchit Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand.
Notices will be deemed received and properly served within 5 days of receipt. We may serve notices by posting on the Website, by email, or by post.
Warranty Terms
Free repair service (labour and parts) within the warranty period and under the conditions described below.
Items not covered by warranty include wear parts and consumables that exhaust their service life according to the manufacturer's standards.
The Company shall not be responsible for damage caused by any of the following reasons, even within the warranty period:
- Warranty card is lost / altered / missing the purchase date, or the receipt cannot be produced.
- Improper use of the machine, or damage caused by animals or insects.
- Use of the appliance for commercial purposes or for purposes other than those intended.
- Damage caused by transport, natural disasters, fire, accidents or riots.
- Damage caused by repair from anyone other than the service department or an authorised service centre technician.
- Damage from any cause other than manufacturing defects. The Company reserves the right to determine warranty coverage at the discretion of the service department.
Items not covered include normal wear parts such as rubber feet, rubber gears, plastic gears, belts, blades, jugs, lids, plugs, control buttons, all filter types, dust bags, whisks, dough hooks and housings. Products are warranted for 2 years under the conditions stated above.
Loyalty Points — Earning and Redemption Terms
Earning Points
- Participants earn 1 point for every 30 THB spent (calculated on the amount before any discounts).
- Points are calculated based on total spend before discounts.
- Points are non-transferable.
Redeeming Points
- 1 point is worth a 0.50 THB discount.
- Users can redeem points as an instant discount at checkout.
- Redemption must happen before payment and cannot be applied retroactively.
- Once redeemed, points cannot be refunded or cancelled under any circumstances.
Point Expiry
- Earned points are valid for 2 years from the month they are credited.
- Expired points are deducted automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- The Company will notify users in advance before points expire.
General
- The Company reserves the right to change, amend or cancel these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel a user's accumulated points if any breach of these conditions or fraud is detected.
- In case of any dispute, the Company's decision is final.

When subscribing to a coffee capsule package via www.dolce-gusto.co.th, you will instantly receive an on-top discount based on your membership tier, as follows:
- Premio & Silver members: 20% discount
- Gold & Platinum members: 23% discount
- Special offer: Pay only 5,022 THB to receive a Genio S Touch machine along with a quota of 18 boxes of coffee capsules (subject to a 12-month satisfaction contract).
- Benefits and complimentary items are only for purchases made via www.dolce-gusto.co.th.
- The Company reserves the right to change conditions as appropriate without prior notice.

- When ordering capsules of any flavour via www.dolce-gusto.co.th, you receive a 5% discount up to 50 THB, with a minimum spend of 999 THB.
- When ordering capsules of any flavour via www.dolce-gusto.co.th, you receive a 7% discount up to 130 THB, with a minimum spend of 1,800 THB.
- When ordering capsules of any flavour via www.dolce-gusto.co.th, you receive a 10% discount up to 2,000 THB, with a minimum spend of 4,999 THB.
- Special for new customers! When ordering capsules of any flavour via www.dolce-gusto.co.th, you receive a 12% discount up to 120 THB, with a minimum spend of 999 THB.
- Benefits apply only to purchases made via www.dolce-gusto.co.th.
- Promotion period: 1–30 June 2026.
- Benefits cannot be exchanged for anything else or redeemed for cash.
